What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?
To locate your desired product, we recommend visiting our “all products” page and using the search bar to refine your search. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, please feel free to request a personalized quotation from our team. Our team strives to provide you with a quotation within a few days.
How do I upload my design?
While placing your order, you may use the “UPLOAD FILES” option to upload your files. Alternatively, you can email the files to us support@printoda.in. Please note: there is a deadline to upload and approve your files. We must receive and approve them before the deadline. If we miss it, the delivery date may be extended.

I have designed and placed the order but the design is not seen on my order page.
If you encounter any technical issues, it may be due to a minor glitch. We recommend that you reach out to our support team to report any issues that you may have noticed on your end.
Where do I find my digital proof? How do I approve it?
If you’ve received a digital proof, our artwork team needs your approval before production. We aim to send the proof well in advance, but please review and approve promptly to ensure on-time delivery. Delays can push back delivery. The message may also flag artwork issues or actions needed for your product.
Where can I find information about the shipment costs?
All prices displayed on the website include taxes and shipping costs. The shipment charges can be found on your order invoice.

How do I place an order?
To order printed products from our website, simply browse through the product categories and select the items you need along with their specifications. You can then upload your design files, add the products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Can I place multiple orders for a single product?
It is possible to place multiple orders for a single product. However, if you plan to use the same design for all the items, we recommend call us and we will guide you.
Where can I find information about the shipment costs?
All prices displayed on the website include taxes and shipping costs. The shipment charges can be found on your order invoice.
Delivery and Shipment
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the consignment details.
You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in your
order details page or by visiting the carrier’s website.
My order's timeline has passed but the product is still not delivered.
If your order isn’t delivered by the expected date, delays may be due to: not approving the digital proof by the deadline, delivery to a regional address, production delays, or courier transit delays. We will notify you of any delays, and you can track the latest status via the tracking link sent after dispatch. Or you can contact support@printo.in
How long does it take for production and delivery?
The estimated delivery date on the product page includes both production and delivery time. If there are issues with the uploaded design, delivery dates may be extended. We periodically update timelines under your order details so you can keep track of any changes.
Do you have express shipping options?
Yes, we do provide express shipping at an extra cost. You can contact at support@printo.in
Payments and Refunds
What payment methods are available?
We use the Razorpay payment gateway. Several modes of payment are offered.
Credit card – Net Banking and UPI – Many options are available under this mode.
COD- Unfortunately we do not have Cash on delivery payment option presently
Payment made but order not placed?
If you find that a payment has been debited twice or an amount has been deducted without the order being placed, please don’t worry. Simply reach out to our customer service team and provide us with proof of payment, including transaction details, or your registered email ID.
We will investigate the payment and either issue a refund or process the order by capturing the payment.
How do I get my refund if I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed and payment is deducted, we consider it approved for printing, and cancellations are not possible at this stage; please ensure you are ready to proceed with printing before submitting. If you have any issues, you can contact our support at support@printo.in. If a refund is applicable, the amount paid will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 working days (7 working days refers to business days).
