Who We Are
Printoda is a brand owned and operated by iPlatform Media Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site means you accept any new changes.
Your Account & Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You must provide true and complete information when registering.
- Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Printoda is not liable for any activity that happens under your account if you fail to protect your login details.
- Suspension: If we suspect any misuse or false information, we may suspend or delete your account immediately.
Your Designs & Content
- Ownership: You must own the rights to every image, logo, or text you upload. You are legally responsible for any copyright issues.
- Prohibited Content: We will refuse any orders that contain illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
- Print Quality: The final result depends on the file you upload. We are not responsible for blurry prints due to low-resolution images.
- The 10% Rule: Small variations in color (up to 10%) or slight shifts in dimensions are normal in the printing process and are not considered defects.
Payments & Pricing
- Pay First: To keep our production fast, all orders must be paid in full before we start printing.
- Total Cost: Listed prices do not include GST or shipping. These will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Cancellations & "No-Refund" Policy
- All Sales are Final: Because every product is custom-made for you, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once your order enters production.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or customer errors (like typos or using the wrong photo).
Damaged Goods & Replacements
- We want you to love your prints. If something goes wrong, here is how we fix it:
- The 24-Hour Rule: You must report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we cannot accept any claims.
- Replacements: If there is a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a free replacement or store credit.
- Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the defect to our support team for verification.
Our Limits of Liability
Our total responsibility for any issue is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific order. Printoda is not liable for any indirect losses or business interruptions.
