What specific products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products across three main categories:
- Marketing Materials: Business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, and envelopes.
- Large-Format Printing: High-impact posters, event standees, and vinyl banners.
- Brand Identity: Custom stickers, labels, and promotional event materials.
Can I order fully customized prints?
Absolutely. Printoda is built for customization. You can select custom dimensions, paper weights (GSM), and premium finishes like matte, gloss, or velvet lamination to ensure your project is unique.
Technical Requirements & Design Support
What file formats should I upload?
- For the highest precision, we recommend Vector PDF files. However, we also accept:
- Professional Formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop). CDR (CorelDRAW)
- Standard Formats: PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, TIFF, EPS, SVG, CDR, JPG
What resolution is best for printing?
To avoid blurry or pixelated results, your files should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the actual print size.
What if I don’t have a design ready?
Don’t worry! Printoda offers Professional Design Support. Our in-house creative team can take your concept and turn it into a print-ready masterpiece for a small additional fee.
Ordering, Pricing, and Payments
How do I place an order?
- Select: Choose your product and customization options.
- Upload: Attach your artwork or use our design service.
- Review: Double-check your specs in the cart.
- Pay: Complete the secure checkout.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We are built for scale. We offer tiered pricing, meaning the more you print, the less you pay per unit. This is ideal for corporate events and retail branding.
Are my payments secure?
100%. We use Razorpay Payment Gateway. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. For our corporate clients, we provide GST-compliant invoices for easy tax filing.
Production, Shipping, and Returns
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Orders: Usually processed and shipped within a 1 or 2 business days.
- Express Delivery: We offer priority printing and shipping for urgent deadlines.
- Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
What is your return policy?
Since all products are custom-manufactured, we cannot offer returns for “change of mind.” However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a free replacement.
Important: Any damage or shortage must be reported within 28 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video or photo.

Do you offer eco-friendly printing?
