From Production Floor to Your Door
We understand that your business doesn’t have time to wait. By optimizing our production and delivery network, to bring your prints directly from our production floor to your door.
The Printoda Speed Advantage
- Same-Day Delivery: Order and approve your design before 2:00 PM, and we’ll deliver by 8:00 PM the same day.
- Next-Day Priority: Orders placed after 2:00 PM are fast-tracked for delivery the very next business morning.
Delivery Logistics
- Prepaid Only: To keep our production moving at lightning speed, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Delivery Cost: Reliable delivery shouldn’t be a burden. We work with trusted logistics partners to provide cost-effective shipping without compromising on speed or safety.
- Direct-to-Door: Your order moves straight from our local Bangalore unit to you—no stops in between.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously, but if something isn’t right, we fix it fast:
- Exterior Damage: If the package looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. Take a photo, reject the delivery, and we will start a fresh order for you immediately.
- Internal Defects: If the box looks fine but the product inside is damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing video with us. With a video, we will arrange a priority replacement—no questions asked.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we hit our marks 99% of the time, Printoda is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, government restrictions, or courier strikes. We promise to communicate and work tirelessly to get your order to you as soon as possible.
